No, you can place orders as a guest through BWC Web or Direct Upload without creating an account. However, becoming a member provides access to professional software, account billing, and additional features.

Yes, when using ROES, you can save your order in the ROES app and return to it later. BWC Web sessions will time out after a period of inactivity.

Minimum Order Requirements

Yes, our minimum order requirements typically range from $15-$20 for most services. If your order is under these amounts, you may be charged the minimum price.

If your order falls below the minimum requirement, we recommend using our Direct Upload service, which has no minimum order amount.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround times are:

  • Print orders: Usually ship within 24 hours
  • Mounting services: Add another 24 hours
  • Mounted photos, canvas wraps, and specialty items: Usually ship within 3 business days
Yes, we offer rush processing for time-sensitive orders. Please call us directly at 214-528-4200 to arrange rush service and confirm availability.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted and another notification when your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account through the "Login" button in the top navigation menu. Once logged in, you'll be able to view all current orders and their status in real-time through your customer dashboard.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options:

  • USPS First Class and Priority Mail
  • UPS Ground, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air
  • Local pickup at our Richardson location

Shipping is calculated once order is complete and packaged to ship. Pricing will be determined at that time.
